Shoot Producer
Full-time Contract (Montréal)
The Role
The Producer reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for meeting with clients and acts a liaison between the clients and the capture team.
Skills

Work collaboratively with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Able to distill client requests, especially when a client finds it difficult to articulate their needs
-
Provide updates to the team regarding priorities, and reschedules
-
Must have strong communication skills and be able to work with diverse personalities
-
Creating comprehensive shot lists, prop lists, and other documents
-
Attend internal and external reviews and meetings
-
Sound judgment diplomacy and tact; Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Balance day-to-day needs of multiple projects and capture team
-
Responsible for working with and delegating tasks to Production Assistants.
Experience
-
3+ years in a leadership role
-
Strong communication skills in English – bilingual (English and French is an asset)

Proficiency with PC and MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong problem-solving capability both independently and in a collaborative environment

Strong work ethic

Organizational skills

Flexible, proactive, positive attitude

Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Interest in motion capture technologies is a must
